Does It Matter What We Say Part 4

Philippians 4:19 My God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Some Christians will talk like the world because that’s what is expected. They say, “I’m probably going to get laid off this year, just like everyone else.” Why would a Christian expect the worst? Jesus died to give us everything we need or want, saying things like that is disrespectful to God.

We’re in the world but not of it and no longer under the curse. When 10,000 are being laid off, it won’t touch you. Instead, you’ll be promoted, relocated or offered a better position. So don’t speak anything else!

So, say this instead, “My God is more than enough, and all my needs are met according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  I’m blessed and prosperous. God’s favor goes before me and I’m always increasing. I’m blessed coming in and blessed going out. I’m expecting the best job of my life.”

You can change what you say. Don’t give the devil your words, that’s the only way he can get in your life and your business. It’s the only way he can steal what belongs to you.

Instead, give God opportunity to get involved by giving Him your words to work with, that come straight from His Word.

If you want to be free, speak it out in the Name of Jesus and command it to come to pass. Speak the Word only!
