Hebrews 12:2 We look away from the natural realm and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection.  His example is this: Because His heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be His, He endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation and now sits exalted at the right hand of the throne of God!

God chose you because of love. You know when God presented the plan to Jesus to go to the earth a be a man, to suffer a crucifixion and die, go to hell to set the captives free and take the keys of death and hell from the devil and then be raised from the dead – He could’ve said no.

But He didn’t. His love for mankind was so overwhelming He didn’t want to say no.

In John 10:11 Jesus said, “I am the Good Shepherd who lays down My life as a sacrifice for the sheep.”
